COVID Vaccines available April 30, new scheduling system for future appointments

WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. --
The 509th Medical Group will be administering COVID-19 vaccines to Department of Defense cardholders and beneficiaries 18 years and older, April 30, 2021, in building 705, the Deployment Center.
To schedule an appointment for April 30, members of Team Whiteman have three options.
The first option is through https://booking.appointy.com/en-US/wafbvaccine/bookings/service. After reaching the website, members will select whether it’s their first or second dose, pick the date, time and will then be required to fill out additional forms.
Members may also make appointments through the Air Force Connect App under the COVID-19 page.
The third option available for members is to call the 509th MDG at 660-687-4305/4307 to schedule vaccine appointments.
