Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant made inappropriate comments to a federal civilian employee, causing an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment. The Staff Sergeant accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of a suspended reduction to the grade of Senior Airman and a reprimand.
