All Clinics, Pharmacy, Lab, and Radiology are open 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, Federal holidays, Wing Down Days and at noon on the second Wednesday of every month for training. |

Missed appointments compromise our ability to provide quality care and hinder our ability to meet TRICARE access standards. Please cancel appointments that cannot be kept. This should be done as far in advance as possible. Early cancellations give other patients the opportunity to use available appointments.

The Release of Information Office, located in the Family Medicine waiting area, processes incoming and outgoing request regarding medical information. Services include transferring of records between military health care facilities, and providing copies when records cannot be released. To ensure confidentiality, we will confirm that all requests contain sufficient legal authorization. For more information, call 660-687-2188, option 5, 1.

Acute, routine and specialty appointments for TICARE Prime enrollees are made through the Central Appointment Desk at 660-687-2188. Expect to be seen within 24 hours for an acute (serious) illness, within one week for a routine visit, within four weeks for preventative health visits and within four weeks for specialty care referral. Priority for appointment is given to TRICARE Prime enrollees.
The 509th Medical Group is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. We are also inspected by the Air Force Inspection Agency located at Kirkland Air Force Base, N.M.
