Denton Humanitarian Assistance Program: Delivering aid to Central America
U.S. Air Force members assigned to the 509th Logistics Readiness Squadron prepare to load supplies onto a KC-46 Pegasus aircraft assigned to the 18th Air Refueling Squadron at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., Dec. 1, 2023. This was the first cargo upload of a KC-46 at Whiteman AFB. Whiteman AFB averages 3 to 5 missions each year in support of the Denton Humanitarian Assistance Program. This mission brought aid that included wheelchairs, mobility scooters, medical beds, diapers, children’s clothing and more for communities across Central America. (U.S. Air Force photo by Tech. Sgt.
