IDLC: Area security operations
Tech. Sgt. Julio Medina and Staff Sgt. Jonathan Rogers, both Defenders with the 445th Security Forces Squadron and opposing force students of the Integrated Defense Leadership Course, load a crate of simulated munitions into a truck during an area security operations exercise at Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center, Ohio, July 22, 2021. The pair were awaiting recon and assault by a team of other IDLC students as part of the scenario. The IDLC, which took place at Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, and CJAG, was designed to provide Reserve Defenders with intensely focused hands-on training to achieve and maintain combat readiness.
