U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Mitchell Chandler, 509th Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment technician, helps Senior Airmen Juan Maese, 509th Logistics Readiness Squadron fuels facilities technician place his helmet in a bag. Maese received an incentive flight in the T-38 for winning the 509th Missions Support Group Airman of the Year award.
