Whiteman AFB takes Lee Summitt family on Pilot for a Day tour
Airman 1st Class Dawson Hindman, explosive ordnance disposal apprentice, 509th Civil Engineer Squadron, shows Emil “Batman” Conley, honorary B-2 pilot, Lee Summit, Missouri, how to use a RPG-7 trainer weapon on July 19, 2019, at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. The Pilot for a Day program focuses on providing a child that is suffering with an illness the opportunity to tour Whiteman AFB and experience what it's like to be a B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber pilot.
