509th MXS tests HVAC systems for B-2 Spirit fleet
Airmen 1st Class Logan Peters and Devin Julia, aerospace ground equipment apprentices, assigned to the 509th Maintenance Squadron, test a potential B-2 HVAC system for the B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber on July 18, 2019, at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. The data collected will be compiled and summarized by the University of Dayton Research Institute and Air Force Research Laboratory in order to make a final decision on an HVAC system for the B-2.
