Ready, set, jump: 509th CES Airman’s skydiving passion
U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Anish Chauhan, a water and fuels systems management journeyman assigned to the 509th Civil Engineer Squadron, freefalls during a skydiving jump March 10, 2018, over Kansas City, Mo. Chauhan’s jumps at 14,000 feet, freefalls at around 120 mph and pulls his parachute open at 4,500 feet. He has a couple of minutes when he’s freefalling to practice new maneuvers in the air.
