Mentoring and maintaining dorm life

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Nicholas Lawter, Staff Sgt. Nikolas Westland and Staff Sgt. Brandon Miller, all Airman Dorm Leaders (ADLs) assigned to the 509th Civil Engineer Squadron, stand outside Discovery Hall at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., Aug. 23, 2017. There are three ADLs assigned to Whiteman. The ADLs manage the five dormitories and mentor the Airmen living in the dorms.
