AFREP regenerates through innovation

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. James Lott, an Air Force Repair Enhancement Program (AFREP) circuit card technician assigned to the 509th Maintenance Group, prepares a soldering station at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., Nov. 17, 2016.
