AFREP regenerates through innovation

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. James Lott, an Air Force Repair Enhancement Program circuit card technician assigned to the 509th Maintenance Group, works at a soldering station to fix a circuit card at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., Nov. 17, 2016. A heater is located under the circuit card to help solder joints and reduce the chance of thermal shock on components.
