BCC members hear from 509th BW vice commander
U.S. Air Force Col. Mark Ely, the 509th Bomb Wing vice commander, addresses members of the Whiteman Base Community Council (BCC) during a monthly luncheon at Whiteman Air Force Base (AFB), Mo., Aug. 3, 2016. The BCC is comprised of 18 local communities represented by more than 350 members. The BCC's sole mission is to support the Total Force service members assigned to Whiteman AFB.
