Ike Skelton Lake to be renovated

Dustin Rodgers, a construction carpenter, frames a pavilion column Oct. 21, 2015, at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo. The renovation of the pavilion and surrounding structures includes upgrades to the existing shelters and replacing the stage with fabric canopy structures.
