Airmen learn the ropes to working as team
Airmen from Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., participate in a trust exercise June 17, 2015, as part of the Tucker Leadership Lab in Liberty, Mo. The facilitators use the ring as a technique to give participants a different perspective on the “all-aboard” challenge, in which a group has to figure out how to balance on varying sizes of wood boards.
