WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Brig. Gen. Garrett Harencak, 509th Bomb Wing commander, pins the Distinguished Flying Cross on Edward Ireland's Flight Jacket Dec. 6 during a ceremony at the Royal Oaks Golf Course here.
