WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - A B-2 bomber lands Dec. 31 at Northrop Grumman's Plant 42, Production Flight Test Installation, in Palmdale, Calif. Two B-2s landed at the installation in preparation to conduct flyovers of the Tournament of Roses Parade and Rose Bowl Jan. 1.
