WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Michael Roberts, 509th Civil Engineer volleyball team member, hits the ball over the net March 9 during the second Whitman Intramural Volleyball pre-season game against the 509th Communications Squadron team. Each match-up consists of the best two of out of three games. The 509th CS beat the 509th CES in the first two games. The intramural pre-season included three match-ups March 9 and three more March 10. The regular volleyball runs from March 11 through April 15 immediately followed by the championship games.
