509th CES change of command

Col. Ed Keegan, 509th Mission Support Group commander, passes the guidon of the 509th Civil Engineer Squadron to Maj. Craig Johnson during a change-of-command ceremony June 27. Major Johnson was previously the commander of the 355th CES operations flight, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. Lt. Col.
