"Big & Rich" pays visit to troops
WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- Left to right: Country music performer "Big Kenny" part of the duo that makes up Big & Rich gets his face measured with a sizing caliber by Staff Sgt. Brian Cockroft, 394th Combat Training Squadron, to ensure his oxygen mask has a proper fit prior to his T-38 incentive flight Aug. 16. The Big & Rich members, who have demonstrated their support for the military at numerous public concerts and events, got a chance to say “Thank you,” to troops and recognize them for their service during a forum in the roll call room.
