Retired Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force James McCoy, speaks to Team Whiteman's newly selected senior NCOs at the professional development center prior to the SNCO induction ceremony Aug. 24. Chief McCoy, who was guest speaker of the ceremony, entered the Air Force in 1951 and served with the Air Defense Command as a radar operator and instuctor.
