WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Col. Michael Phelps, Air Combat Command Chief Financial Officer, receives his egress training brief from Capt. Brian Stiles, 509th Operational Support Squadron. The training covers the procedures necessary to exit and aircraft in case of an emergency, Dec. 9, 2009.
