WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Norbo, military narcotics patrol dog, rests in the shade after his morning workout on the agility course here, May 4, 2010. The handler and MWD duo is constantly training to ensure they are always mission-ready. Military working dogs are initially enrolled in a 60- to 90-day training program where they are taught to detect explosives or drugs.
