WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -Master Sgt. Carl Schilli, 131st Bomb Wing metals tech supervisor, selects a program on the water jet cutter, Nov. 2. The water jet cutter cuts at 50,000 pounds per square inch and at 30,000 of an inch wide, allowing it to make very precise cuts to the thickness of a hair.
