WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- Bell Contracting Inc. employees make their way across Whiteman’s flightline as they collect the last bits of old silicone and foam from the grooves of between the slabs of concrete that make up Whiteman’s flightline before resealing them April 26, 2011. BCI contractors are repairing large portions of Whiteman’s flightline over the next several weeks in order to keep it in top condition for flight operations.
