WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- Tech. Sgt. Christopher Gunn, 509th Civil Engineer Squadron fire protection technician, lights the aircraft fire training area June 24. The initial fire ensured all pipes were connected to the aircraft and functioning. The outside fires were extinguished before interior aircraft training began.
