WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - The Honorable Daniel Ginsberg, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, speaks at an Airmen Leadership School graduation here Aug. 31 remarking on the new leaders' outstanding accomplishments and wishing them a long and successful career.
