Whiteman ensures health care through medical maintenance
WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo.- Staff Sgt. David McCann, Medical Support Squadron medical maintenance technician, inspects a dental chair at the base clinic Aug. 26 to see if the back retention sensor is defective. If so, McCann will replace the sensor with a new one and reconnect the wiring throughout the dental chair. Medical maintenance has the crucial job of ensuring all medical machinery is serviceable, so the base clinic here can safely treat its monthly average of 5,000 patients.
