WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Master Sgt. Daniel Koch, 509th Logistics Readiness Squadron fixed-facilities fuels technician, checks the air quality in an oxygen tank here Aug. 29 ensuring the safety of B-2 Spirit and T-38 Talon pilots here. The fixed-facility shop is a part of fuels and handles cryogenics (pilot oxygen tanks), base service systems (fuel for government vehicles) and hydrant systems (fuel being sent to and received from flightline docks).
