Fire prevention in the house

WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo.--Brig. Gen. Scott Vander Hamm, 509th Bomb Wing Commander, signs this year's fire prevention proclamation as Smokey the bear and Sparky stand by Sept. 21.
