Fort Leonard Wood, Mo. --Senior Airman Jacob Blumbrich, a joint terminal attack controller (JTAC) student, looks up at an A-10 Thunderbolt II after a laser guided bomb engaged a simulated threats at Cannon Range Oct. 13. As a JTAC Airman he will be responsible to direct the action of the combat aircraft engaged in close-air-support and other offensive air operations providing life saving mission support.
