Joe Scallorns Incentive Flight

WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- Brig. Gen. Scott Vander Hamm, 509th Bomb Wing commander, wishes Joe Scallorns, Air Force Global Strike Command Civic Leader Program and board member of Whiteman Air Force Base's Base Community Council, a safe trip before Scallorns takes off in a T-38 for his incentive flight here Jan. 26. The purpose of the incentive flight was to give him a better understanding of the Air Force Global Strike operations and a better understanding and appreciation for the quality Airmen and civilians who protect the nation every day.
