WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- Al Cox steps off of a T-38 Talon after receiving an incentive flight here, July 30. During the flight Cox was allowed to take control of the jet in the air and fly the aircraft he had been working on for the past 19 years.
