The eyes in the skies
WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - The “Looking Glass,” an E-4B from the 55th Wing, Offutt Air Force Base, Neb., performs multiple touch and goes here Nov. 6. The E-4B serves as the National Airborne Operations Center for the president, secretary of defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff or JCS.
