Now that we are into the summer recreational time period, housing occupants are reminded of their responsibilities detailed in their housing brochures.

Inoperative, off-road and recreational vehicles are prohibited from being parked in the housing area at any time for more than a 24-hour loading/unloading time period.

- Inoperative vehicles are vehicles not in driving condition and/or not legally state registered and licensed.

- Off-road vehicles include all-terrain vehicles, 4-wheelers, etc. that cannot be legally operated in accordance with WAFBI 31-204, Installation Traffic Control.

- Recreational vehicles include non-motorized recreational vehicles, utility trailers, horse trailers, campers, camper tops and similar items. Motorized recreational vehicles and boats with motors and on a trailer can be parked at the top of the driveway or in the carport/garage but not on sodded/unpaved areas or patios.

Recreational vehicles that are prohibited from being parked in the housing area can be stored for a minimal fee through the outdoor recreation center in their storage lot.

Occupants are encouraged to continue to help make our neighborhoods attractive and clean. All of your work is greatly appreciated.
