LEE’S SUMMIT, Mo. - Stephen John Welling of Lee’s Summit West High School signs a certificate of intent to play football at the Air Force Academy. Stephen is an academic honor student and earned conference and district honors in football. He was also named to the 2008 Missouri All State 1st team as a defensive lineman.
