WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Lt. Col. Matthew Snyder receives Maintenance Operations Squadron Guidon form Col. James Reavis, 509th Maintenance Group commander, June 12 during the 509th MOS Change-of-Command ceremony. Colonel Snyder relieved Maj. Mark Riselli during the ceremony.
