Personally Speaking

Go-by name: James L. Evans IV

Duty Title: Aircraft Hydraulic Systems Journeymen

Time on Station: One year, three months

Time in Service: One year, 10 months

Hometown: Cabot, Ark.

Spouse (If applicable): Christina Evans

Hobbies: Riding my Harley Davidson, hanging out with my wife, and partying with my friends.

Goals: Finish building my '63 Impala, retire in 20 years and open a used car dealership

Best thing about Whiteman: The privilege of working on the most advance aircraft in the United States Air Force the B-2 stealth bomber and the opportunity of working with a highly motivated and dynamic group of people.

Pet Peeves: Lazy people who won't get a job, people that steal and people that don't take care of their kids

What motivates your winning spirit? I would say that my wife Christina is my main inspiration she supports me and gives me the confidence to do any thing I put my mind to.

If you could change one thing about Whiteman, what would it be? I would build a bigger Base Exchange, with a larger food court with more options.

At the Health and Wellness Center I would add an indoor running track.

In the Bomb Wing building, I would add a designated room for the Airman's council to have meetings and conduct business so the Airman of Whiteman can be proud rather than borrowing space from the Community Activities Center to discuss issues.
