WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. --  U.S. Air Force Col. Daniel Diehl, Commander of the 509 Bomb Wing, signs a memorandum of understanding between Columbia College and the 509th Bomb Wing on Whiteman Air Force Base on April 14,2022.
