Whiteman's Tobacco Policy Published April 25, 2014 By 509th Bomb Wing Public Affairs WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- AFI 40-102, Tobacco Use in the Air Force, establishes policies governing tobacco use on Air Force installations to minimize the adverse impact of tobacco use on health, mission readiness, an unit performance. It applies to all military and civilian personnel, including Air Force Reserve Command units and the National Guard. It also applies to contractor employees, other non-DOD personnel, and members of the public visiting or using Federal facilities at Whiteman AFB.
