Quit tobacco playing cards, with other various items, sit on a table during an information expo held by the fitness center at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., Jan. 29, 2016. Support personnel from the education office, physical therapy, mental health/ADAPT, the Chaplain Corps, health promotion director and the fitness center provided guidance to individuals to help reach their 2016 goals.
