WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Col. John Robinson, 509th Bomb Wing vice commander, cuts a ribbon as James Taylor, Whiteman's demand reduction program manager, looks on during a ribbon cutting ceremony for demand reduction’s new facility April 9. The DRP’s purpose is to maintain the health and wellness of a fit and ready fighting force; this is accomplished through comprehensive programs of education, prevention, deterrence and community outreach, according to Air Force Instruction 44-159, DRP.
