WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Lt. Gen. Norman Seip, 12th Air Force commander, lands the B-2 Stealth Bomber, the Spirit of Indiana, during an incentive flight, Dec. 2. General Seip visited Whiteman to tour the base's facilities, visit with Airmen and to observe overall operations of the base.
