"We feel the information added will be a benefit to our customers by providing answers at their finger tips since they can access this information 24/7 and do not have to wait until the clinic opens up to get some of their basic questions answered," 1st Lt. Christopher Weber, 509th MDSS Flight Commander added. Information added to the website includes: · 509th MDG Call Tree · Advanced Directives and Living Wills · Customer Comment Card · 509th MDG In-processing Slides · Out-processing Comment Card · Patient Handbook · Patient Rights and Responsibilities · Provider Directory · Staff Rights and Responsibilities · Translators · Notice of Privacy Practices "All of the items are also available in the clinic if the internet is not an option," Captain Murphy said. "The addition was added to keep our beneficiaries informed of information available," said Capt. Charlotte Murphy, TRICARE Operations and Patient Administration Flight Commander. "We feel the addition will be a useful tool for our beneficiaries to use because of the convenience to access from any internet location."
