Two B-2 Spirit bombers from the 509th Bomb Wing at Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., will temporarily operate from Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, in late-January, in support of USPACOM's in-theater training objectives.

Since 2004, the U.S. has maintained a deployed strategic bomber force in the Asia-Pacific region contributing to theater security and stability. This deployment will provide the opportunity for our Airmen to become familiar with operating in the Pacific and exercise the B-2's ability to employ strategic precision attack capabilities across the globe.
