Spark Tank competition

WHITEMAN AIR FORCE, Mo. --  Airmen from across Whiteman Air Force Base presented their best ideas to base leadership at the annual Spark Tank, a “Shark Tank” style competition Aug. 16, 2022 at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. Spark Tank is run by Stealthwerx, an innovation lab that provides a judgment-free, collaborative environment for Airmen of all ranks to workshop ideas that could modernize the mission or improve quality of life at Whiteman AFB. All Spark Tank submissions will be considered to receive funding and resources from the 509th Bomb Wing based on their merit and impact. Ideas presented this year ranged from local impacts through optimized solutions for deploying cargo in support of the B-2 mission, to revolutionary ideas that would transform the way the United States Air Force assignment system works.
