Whiteman Air Force Base leaders present the Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM) proclamation at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, March 31, 2021. Sexual Assault Awareness Month was first nationally recognized April 1, 2001.
