Proclaiming Fire Safety

WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. - Brig. Gen. Garrett Harencak, 509th Bomb Wing commander, signs this year's fire proclamation as Smokey the bear and Sparky standby Sept. 24.
