Gen. William M. Fraser III assumes command of Air Combat Command

Gen. Norton A. Schwartz, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, passes the guidon and command of Air Combat Command to Gen. William M. Fraser III during the change-of-command ceremony Sept. 10. General Fraser came from the Pentagon, where he served as the Air Force Vice Chief of Staff. He was selected to command ACC after Gen. John D.W. Corley announced his retirement in May.
