WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. -- Weapons crew Airmen assemble an inert GBU 28-C/B bomb during the annual load crew of the year competition Feb. 3. The timed competition places simulated stress on the weapons Airmen providing them the opportunity to perform meticulous work quickly, building confidence in their skill set with no actual threat.
